My Journey and The Thrive Project

Hi there! I'm Nick, a Nutrition and Fitness coach who's celebrating hitting the big 5-0 this year! It's an exciting milestone, and I'm thrilled to announce I've just written my very first book, called "Let's F*cking Thrive."

This book, and the entire philosophy behind it, stems directly from The Thrive Project, something incredibly close to my heart. It was born several years ago out of a period of deep personal reflection and exploration into improving my own health and well-being. I wasn't just looking for quick fixes, but for sustainable ways to truly feel better and more alive.

This journey truly inspired me to create The Thrive Project – something I envisioned as a real embodiment of the idea of Thriving, especially tailored for men and women in their 40s and beyond. It's about so much more than just maintaining health or getting by; it's about actively reaching a vibrant state of genuine flourishing and sustained vitality as we confidently step into and embrace the second half of our lives, feeling truly alive and capable.

The core of The Thrive Project lies in integrating different protocols. This means bringing together various proven practices and approaches that support holistic well-being – addressing the interconnected aspects of what it means to thrive in today's world, including areas like exercise, nutrition, rest, and recovery, alongside other vital components.

Through The Thrive Project, I aim to share a framework encompassing these diverse protocols, offering a guide for anyone looking to move beyond simply surviving and step into a thriving life.
